We utilize an online project management tool known as BaseCamp. It's a great way to manage communication between developer and client throughout the process. At the beginning of the project, you'll receive a login ID and password to BaseCamp, where you will be able to monitor the progress of your web site, to communicate with us and upload/download any relevant files. We encourge you to take a tour of BaseCamp's features before work on your project begins.

For your convenience, we have an on-site client preview center for the purpose of showing initial design proofs. You'll be given a secure login ID and password so that you may view these materials when it is relevant to the project. Once logged in, you'll be able to view proofs and leave comments for our staff to review. Together, these 2 tools provide excellent communication between DivaDev and our clients, and among our own staff during project development.
